COLD-WATER AND HOT-WATER POOLS

Cold-water and hot-water pools -the alternation between hot and cold is an excellent form of therapy which has positive effects on blood circulation.  In order for the therapy to work, it is recommended to switch from one pool to the other every 2-5 min.

Bathing in the pools must be preceded by showering, which is mandatory!
It is forbidden to use these pools immediately after exiting the sauna, to cool off or wash. For such procedures, it is the showers that are be used!
